Florida Custom Marble, Inc. products are manufactured to ANSI Z-124 Standards and are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects for a period of three (3) years under the following conditions:

• Exercise of the warranty is at the sole discretion of a representative of Florida Custom Marble, Inc.
• The proof of purchase is required.
• The warranty period begins on the date of installation or on the date of receipt by customer.
• The warranty is offered to the original purchaser only.
• Liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective material and excludes work that may be required by other trades.
• The warranty will not cover our product installed by others if it is determined by a Florida Custom Marble, Inc. representative to be installed incorrectly.
• The warranty will not apply if the product was moved from the point of original installation.
• The warranty applies only to products that have been maintained according to the Florida Custom Marble, Inc. Care in Use Instructions.
• The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, neglect, or natural calamities.
• The warranty specifically excludes caulking as this is a maintenance item that requires regular attention.
• The warranty does not cover color and veining.
